Another tourist day. I still find myself wondering why, if the City likes you all so much, you get to go home again while the rest of us are stuck in limbo.

But that's pessimistic. Anyone here from home? How's the weather in Miami?

I know it more or less goes hand-in-hand with being an art student, but I never actually did the rebellious teenager crazy hair-dye thing. Looking back, I think it was a good decision.

Actually it just made me realize, it's been a while since I was cursed.

All dry spells end eventually, though.

Petty crime is just that-- petty, and annoying. I trust the rash of theft is over, at least, unless other curses are hanging around past their expiration dates, too.

Is it just me or has this winter felt interminable? I'm sick of snow. And it's not like you can even take a vacation here, go somewhere with a sane climate. I'm not homesick-- I'm just tired of the cold.
