[The image shakes a little as it comes on, the table the device is on having been jostled. It's come on just in time to catch a sleek, ill-defined dark shape slipping across the frame, moving through less saturated shadows towards the brighter bar of the half-open door. The creature pauses, gold eyes catching some glimmer of light and fixing on the camera lens. It's not enough to hold his attention, though; and with a roll of his shoulder he turns back and slips out of the room.]
There's nothing more to be seen, only the occasional flicker of shadows past the door. If you're listening closely, though, there are two sets of paws out there, padding back and forth; a low rumble-- not quite a growl, closer to a purr. A deeper sound echos it; one could almost imagine it's the equivalent of soft, malevolent laughter.]
[Two shapes pass the cracked door, lines indistinct but fluid in their motion, and then there is nothing-- no movement, no sound, until at last the recording times out.]
