It's really the only way, here. Most criminals go into hiding as is. I've worked on plenty of cases to know that. They aren't missed when they disappear.

And cleanup...that's even more important. If we put out a display there's no doubt we'd be caught.

I think I read, a while ago, that forty percent of the City has committed at least one murder while here. So we shouldn't lack choices.
