Last month was certainly interesting, to the extent that I can remember it. I guess it figures, as soon as you get used to the way things work, they have to change. The slugs were a little too long-lasting to count as a curse, right?

Out of curiosity, does anyone remember what they were doing up on the mountain?

I'm perfectly fine, aside from the memory of a very unpleasant five days. Nothing's injured, nothing's sore- the benefits of regeneration.

As long as most everyone's recovered, we can forget about it, just like we did with the zombies.

I suppose so. I'm glad for the forgetting, to be honest- nothing I ever did back home could be shoved under the rug like this. Made it difficult to move on.

Well, the Deities made me do it is an awfully convenient excuse, which doesn't apply cross-universe, I suppose. The upside to not having total free will is being absolved of the blame.
