Hard to believe I've been here the better part of a month, already; time flies when you're questioning reality, I guess. In some respects it isn't so bad-- I seem to have missed out on the worst of these curses, I've got a job, and a place to stay. Honestly that stuff seems to be easier to deal with here, than in the real world.

So... how long before I stop waiting to wake up?

It's a natural reaction, I think, to avoid even the idea of death. With what I do... maybe I'm just more aware of the reality, the frailty of human life.

People don't like the idea of ending, it's my job to end them, or at least ease them to it.
