Hard to believe I've been here the better part of a month, already; time flies when you're questioning reality, I guess. In some respects it isn't so bad-- I seem to have missed out on the worst of these curses, I've got a job, and a place to stay. Honestly that stuff seems to be easier to deal with here, than in the real world.

So... how long before I stop waiting to wake up?

Oh, I wasn't in doubt. I was fairly certain I was dreaming. It was only later, when I was pulled back in the middle of things, that I knew otherwise.

That's a hard question to answer. According to the records I've found it's coming up on a year, but I only remember since November.

Not necessarily. If I'm hallucinating, I'd like to be aware of the fact. And if I were dreaming and aware that I was dreaming, wouldn't that grant some measure of control over the situation?

A fair answer. I suppose I can't prove to you that you aren't hallucinating, or that you aren't dreaming, but until you manage a measure of control, you and us all are in the same state of reality.

For the sake of us all, I too hope someone, somewhere 'wakes up' and manages to determine something or some control, here in this place.
