[There's a honking noise, then a long pause. Then another honk. Then an irritated hiss, and a clatter of webbed feet trying to press buttons.]

[It wasn't that easy to waddle/flap his way up the stairs, especially holding the shoelaces without getting them (more) stuck to himself, but he managed. He got the shoelaces over the doorknob, went back for the glue bottle (his own special recipe), managed to glue the shoelaces to the doorknob, and pulled at it with all his might. Which wasn't much, but just enough.]

Quack! Quackquackquack.

[Billy is a yellow and white duckling whose white feathers make it look strangely like he has a lab coat on. He also looks very bedraggled because he got glue on himself. He is having a lot of trouble with the door.]

Quack?

[Poor glue-covered mad science duck is trying to fly away but there a lot of glue on him and he hasn't mastered this whole flying thing, so he just kind of hops backwards and crashes into the opposite wall.]

quaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaak

QUACK!

[In duck language, that is a strong expletive. Try to do a guy a favor...science duck is not pleased. Science duck is also VERY STICKY from special mad science glue.]

[Billy is pulling with all his might but he is a small duckling and Rudy is a f-ing gigantic goose, so he's just kind of getting dragged along. It hurts.]

QUACKQUACKQUACK! Quackity-quack, quack.

[He is trying to say, "Stop, that hurts, we need someone with thumbs," but it just comes out as more quacking. He flops around a bit more.]

[Billy didn't know what the honking was about, but he didn't have much choice but to go along. When he spotted the Network device he tried to help them get there.]

[And so she arrives minutes after Rudy asked her assistance to find the rather... sticky situation duck and goose are glued in. She makes a small smile and leans over them.]

I can see the problem... do you mind losing feathers?

quaaack.

[This meant, 'I don't care, please just get us unstuck.' Billy's talents did not lie in helping people, and the sooner he accepted that, the sooner he would stop getting in situations like this. Stupid goose. It was all his fault.]

Is this so uncomfortable? By midnight it wouldn't be a trouble.

[Lilith reminded them before kneeling - it seemed like a reckless decision. She reached for Rudy's head with her left hand and for Billy's body with her right one and gently tried to tug away, testing the adhesiveness of the glue before opting for another route. If it was possible to peel them off without need to scrub the area with soap or applying acetone to remove the adhesive]

[Billy-duck gave her the closest thing to a glare that he could muster. Leaving them like this until midnight would SO not be okay. This was not a position he wanted be in when he transformed back into a human. The glue ought to unstick with water. He hoped.]
