[There's a honking noise, then a long pause. Then another honk. Then an irritated hiss, and a clatter of webbed feet trying to press buttons.]

[DUCK DUCK GOOSE. Yeeees you are getting chased. Except he wasn't expecting to really catch his prey, and doesn't really know what to do about it.

So, obviously, the logical thing to do is to hiss and bite.]

QUACK!

[In duck language, that is a strong expletive. Try to do a guy a favor...science duck is not pleased. Science duck is also VERY STICKY from special mad science glue.]

[Brian is... oh, shit, stuck. This does not help his goosey mood, and he plants his webby leetle feet on the ground and tugs.]

[Billy is pulling with all his might but he is a small duckling and Rudy is a f-ing gigantic goose, so he's just kind of getting dragged along. It hurts.]

[Rudy's hiss is somewhat muffled by the duck's sticky feathers. This is not working. He considers just whipping his head around to shake Billy off, but that probably wouldn't work, and would probably hurt. So he plants a big foot on the duckling's side to keep him from getting dragged, and tugs again.]

QUACKQUACKQUACK! Quackity-quack, quack.

[He is trying to say, "Stop, that hurts, we need someone with thumbs," but it just comes out as more quacking. He flops around a bit more.]

[This hiss would be a sigh if he was in his normal shape. Okay, not working; plan B. Honking to try and indicate his plan, he began to drag the duckling over towards his network device.]

[Billy didn't know what the honking was about, but he didn't have much choice but to go along. When he spotted the Network device he tried to help them get there.]

[Soomehow-- awkwardly, and with slightly more misspellings than usual, he managed to get out a plea for thumb-equipped assistance.

Of course, this was all the duck's fault. Obviously.]

[And so she arrives minutes after Rudy asked her assistance to find the rather... sticky situation duck and goose are glued in. She makes a small smile and leans over them.]

I can see the problem... do you mind losing feathers?

quaaack.

[This meant, 'I don't care, please just get us unstuck.' Billy's talents did not lie in helping people, and the sooner he accepted that, the sooner he would stop getting in situations like this. Stupid goose. It was all his fault.]

[He gives a light tug again, fruitless though it was, to indicate that he honestly doesn't care, as long as she can peel 'em apart. Though mostly the feathers are on Billy's end of the bargain, since he was doing the biting. One beady, goosey eye fixes Lilith with the best soulful look he can manage, under the circumstances.]

Is this so uncomfortable? By midnight it wouldn't be a trouble.

[Lilith reminded them before kneeling - it seemed like a reckless decision. She reached for Rudy's head with her left hand and for Billy's body with her right one and gently tried to tug away, testing the adhesiveness of the glue before opting for another route. If it was possible to peel them off without need to scrub the area with soap or applying acetone to remove the adhesive]

[Billy-duck gave her the closest thing to a glare that he could muster. Leaving them like this until midnight would SO not be okay. This was not a position he wanted be in when he transformed back into a human. The glue ought to unstick with water. He hoped.]

[Her suggestion gets an indignant honk out of Rudy, too-- he doesn't really want to find himself glued to a ~~crazy~~ near-stranger at midnight.]

Alright, alright. We need water and soap.

[It wouldn't come out with a simple tug without hurting them. She releases them to lean and pick the two birds up. Rudy's apartment was near and the door was open, they could finish this sticky business in no time.]

[Billy tries to stay very still and let the woman carry them. The sooner they get out of this situation, the better. Stupid mean goose.]

[Stupid... duck... being so-- so duck-like and chaseable. Yes. That. He tries not to wiggle too much as Lilith picks them up. Ooooh god this is embarrassing; but better that his colleague be here to help them out than to have Deb find them like this.]

[She saves them from further embarrassment by carrying the pair inside without uttering a word or shooting down an amused glance. Lilith heads directly to the bathroom, pushes the door open with her shoulder and set the duo down to open the saucer of the bathtub. After this, she picks them again and places them beneath the water fall. With her left hand, she scrubs soap around the sticky spot, and with her right one tries to peel them away from each others.]

[As soon as Billy feels the glue begin to give way he begins to squirm to get away. Water was a nice thing to be on top of and maybe he will try swimming in it later, but being under it iss making his feathers even more bedraggled.]

[The first tug pulls at his neck, and he barely manages not to snap at the duck again. Of course, that's what got him into this mess in the first place. It's an amazing relief, though, when the glue starts to give, because it means he's not going to be stuck like this until midnight.]

[Lilith slides her hand to pull them apart while the glue is being washed away by the water and soap. She hopes Rudy didn't have ideas to chase the poor duck again after this experience. ]
