Well, I'm glad to see all the mayhem over Twinkies has passed. This certainly is a lively place I've ended up in.

As a newcomer, I suppose I ought to say hello. I'm told some of you may remember me, though as far as I know I've never been here before. I had the good fortune to run into an old friend, so I've at least some idea of where I am... Although it's still a little jarring.

In any case, I guess I ought to start earning my keep- does anyone know if the hospital is hiring?
