Okay, maybe I'm jumping the gun a bit, since it's just past midnight... But it's been on my mind for a while. It's April Fool's Day, which means I've been in the City a full year. All in all it hasn't been too bad a year, I guess... aside from the fact that I end up dead once every few months.

Some people come and go, others just seem to be stuck here... permanently, or nearly. I'm past looking for a pattern to it, but I get the feeling that I'm in the latter category. For better or worse. Not that I've got anywhere to go.

I don't know, I was kind of impressed. Amused that she decided to pin it on me... thankfully the City has excellent people in forensics. She seems fine now. I mean, it was just a curse.
